Refunds & Returns

"All sales are final" means that once a purchase is made, it cannot be returned or refunded. We understand that this policy may be inconvenient at times, but it helps us maintain the quality of our products and services. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping

Orders will be processed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days from the date the order was placed. We do not expedite orders, as they will be processed in the order they are received.  

 

All orders will be shipped out Monday through Friday, except for Holidays that fall on a weekday.

 

"Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct and complete shipping address. Evangaline Hair Care LLC cannot be held responsible for any orders misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. In the event the customer request for a package interception, the customer will be responsible for any fees incurred and the fees will have to be paid before the order can be delivered. 

 

 

Once an order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided. However, it is important to understand that once the order is in possession of the shipping carrier, it becomes their responsibility to ensure proper and secure delivery to the customer. Evangaline Hair Care LLC cannot be held responsible for any delays, interruptions, mishandling, or misdelivered orders caused by the shipping carrier."

 

 

“Please note that in case of any order returned to Evangaline Hair Care LLC due to incorrect address, incomplete address, or being held for too long by the shipping carrier, the customer will have to cover the cost for redelivery. 

Evangaline Hair Care is not responsible for orders that have been stolen, or damaged due to weather conditions or animals. It is the customers responsibility to provide a safe place for packages to be delivered. As well as it the customer’s responsibility to retrieve their packages in a timely manner.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled with 2 days of it being placed. After 2 days we do not accept cancellations for any reason. 

 

Returns

We do not accept any returns for any reason whatsoever.

 

In the event the customer received the wrong item, we will need a clear photograph of the wrong item that was sent. The item must still be sealed and unopened. We will send out the correct item at no extra charge to the customer.

 

When it comes to the customer receiving damaged products, Evangaline Hair Care LLC, will work with the customer to come to a resolution depending on the evidence and cause of the products being damaged.

 

 

 

Refunds

“Once an order is packaged and shipped cannot be canceled or refunded for any reason.”

 

If we do grant a refund, it will be solely based on the evidence presented and if the situation actually merits a refund, otherwise no refunds will be granted for any reason.
